If for some reason we cannot get conclusive results from your shed you will receive a full refund for that test. We will never tell you we think, or its possibly this or that.
DNA Extraction Issues
Sometimes DNA is unable to be extracted from a shed for various reasons. If this occurs you will be notified to send a fresh shed or possibly a mouth swab.
No Financial Guarantees
We stand by our results but unfortunately we cannot financially guarantee anything. This is because if someone sends us a shed that proves out in our tests there is no way of us knowing which snake that seller is representing or selling to someone else.
Seller Responsibility
Ultimately, the seller of the snake is going to be the one that the trust falls on, just like it always has been.
